2011 Health Professionals' Forum: Panel Discussion
Dr. Heather Keller discusses her research with Dr. Lisa Duizer on evaluating meal options for older adults with swallowing difficulties, focusing currently on pureed foods. They are investigating the sensory appeal of different purees and the nutritional quality. The researchers are also considering the budgetary constraints in food service in long-term care.
