Building Better Bones for Osteoporosis
Waterloo, ON - This workshop was packed out when it ran this fall. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive so the organizers have decided to offer it again. Participants loved the practical nutritional information and meal planning that Registered Dietitian Jane Dummer presented.
