Dr. Alison Duncan featured on UoG website – Functional Foods Toolkit

Dr. Alison Duncan and her research involving older adults’ understanding and consumption of functional foods was featured on University of Guelph’s homepage. As part of the project, Dr. Duncan and her team in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences created a Functional Foods for Healthy Aging toolkit to assist health professionals in communicating with older adults. Read the article.
